Refund Policy

Usually, donations are to last and may be used for the designated projects as soon as they are received. Thus, refunds are a very sensitive topic and not common for foundations like ours.
However, if you would still like to see if a refund can be issued please log-in with your 'kindful' account which you have created after having submitted your donation and follow the refund instructions given there. If you cannot find your useraccount or do not have one, please reach out to us via email and explain your refund case so we can see whether a refund is still possible or if your donation has already been allocated to a project.
